Wow, I just can’t believe it! Have you heard about the latest ‘who is America’ episode? So a lot of bizarre things happen on the show but this definitely topped them all. Apparently, one of the guest, Juli Briskman, sex dolls while visiting a gun rights attorney, was handed a dildo… and proceeded to bite it! It was so unexpected, I had to rewind it twice just to make sure I wasn’t dreaming.
Right away, it was obvious that Juli wasn’t exactly thrilled, as she was a bit taken aback at the gesture. Everyone else was applauding, laughing and clapping their hands. I figured that she must have that same mixture of humour, shock and embarrassment that I felt when I first heard about the incident. It was really bizarre and comical, to say the least.
The attorney was clearly quite impressed with her response and praised her for being ‘spontaneous’. He even offered to take a picture with her, as if to commemorate the moment. I guess I can understand why! It was hilarious and brave, and had everyone buzzing the next day.
I must admit, I have a lot of respect for Juli. It must have taken a lot of guts to step up and take the challenge. What also impressed me was her ability to remain composed despite the situation. And, I think it shows how much she appreciates and values the people who watch her show.
But, I can’t help but wonder how it all came about? After all, the audience was clapping and applauding so it must have been pre-planned. I mean, the gun attorney certainly had to be in on it. But I guess that’s what makes it so interesting. The whole thing seemed almost surreal.
Of course, it isn’t the first time the show has pulled off a surprise or two. But this was definitely one of the most memorable and funny ones yet. The ridiculousness is just too hard to ignore. It sure proves that anything can happen on ‘who is America’.
People have definitely had mixed reactions to the episode, but I think overall it was an outrageous and successful piece of shock comedy. It was certainly unexpected, and I have to give Juli and the show credit for going against the grain once again. Clearly, the goal was to stir up conversations and it definitely worked!
Personally, I thought it was a really creative way of making a statement about gun rights. It was interesting to see how everyone reacted to the scenario – some of them were visibly surprised while others laughed their heads off. I guess it shows just how different we all are when it comes to addressing serious issues like this one.
