My friend, I’ve recently struggled with a thought that I’m sure many of us girls have experienced: should I consider the size of a dildo when making my purchase?
It all started when I went out shopping for my first ever dildo. As I made my way through the aisle of sex toys, I felt overwhelmed by the size offerings – some were bigger than my arm or other body parts! I began to wonder if size really would make a difference in my experience. Would I have a better experience with a bigger toy or a smaller one?
I hesitated for a while, peering back and forth between two size options. Then I began to compare it to an actual penis size. My mind began racing as I thought about the size comparison between a penis and a dildo.
At that point, I took a step back and reminded myself that size doesn’t really matter. Why should I compare the size of a dildo with an actual penis? What’s the point of me spending so much time thinking about this subject? Is bigger really better?
I began to think about the differences between the two. For starters, a dildo is inanimate and doesn’t move the way an actual penis would. This thought calmed my nerves and made me feel better about my purchase decision. Plus, a dildo comes in so many shapes, sizes and colors, so there’s definitely the perfect size for anyone!
Still, I felt like I needed to do a bit more research before settling on one size. As I spoke to other women around me, I learned that they had their own preference depending on the feeling they desired. Some women preferred a smaller dildo because they wanted it to mimic the sensation of an actual penis, while others loved big dildos because it could fill them up better.
I realized then that it all depends on personal preference and what kind of sensation you’re looking for. Everyone was so unique in their own way and I realized that there really isn’t one right answer when it comes to choosing the size of a dildo.
